The Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA) is organizing the 23rd edition of its Employment Fair on October 28 online, bringing together approximately 50 local and multinational companies.

This edition provides job seekers with an opportunity to explore and apply for available positions at participating companies, engage directly with potential employers, and gain insights into industry requirements, particularly for roles that require language proficiency and communication skills.

The event will feature keynote sessions, interactive workshops, and dedicated networking spaces, enabling participating recruiters to connect directly with candidates, receive job applications, and conduct live interviews seamlessly.

The 22nd edition witnessed notable engagement from applicants and participating companies. It provided valuable opportunities for direct interaction and recruitment across a range of technical specializations, most notably software development, cloud computing, data analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning (ML), reflecting the strong global demand for Egypt's highly skilled ICT workforce.

ITIDA Employment Fair is part of the Agency’s ongoing efforts to connect Egyptian talent with evolving labor market demands and expand employment opportunities in business process services (BPS), including contact centers, multilingual customer support, and shared services.
