Kaspersky is hosting its first-ever Cyber Insights Egypt 2026 on 6 October 2026, bringing together more than 350 cybersecurity, technology, risk and digital transformation leaders for a day of discussion on the evolving threat landscape and the future of cybersecurity.

The event comes as Kaspersky reports 16% year-on-year growth in its business in Egypt during the first three quarters of 2026, compared with the same period last year, reflecting the company’s continued growth in the Egyptian market.

Cyber Insights Egypt 2026 brings together senior decision-makers and cybersecurity experts to explore the challenges and opportunities shaping Egypt’s digital ecosystem. The programme covers a range of topics, including the impact of artificial intelligence on cybersecurity, emerging global and regional threats, threat intelligence, XDR and EDR, container security, industrial cybersecurity and the security implications of increasingly autonomous enterprises.

Eugene Kaspersky, Founder and CEO of Kaspersky, said: “Egypt is an important market for Kaspersky, and we are pleased to see the strong growth of our business here. Cybersecurity is becoming increasingly important as organisations across the country continue to embrace digital transformation. Cyber Insights is an opportunity to bring together the people shaping this transformation, share our expertise and have open discussions about how we can build a more resilient digital future.”

The event takes place against a changing cyberthreat landscape in Egypt. According to Kaspersky’s telemetry, the number of on-device and web threats detected and blocked by Kaspersky solutions in Egypt decreased by 14.5% in the first half of 2026 compared with the same period last year. During the period, Kaspersky solutions blocked more than 21.4 million cyberthreats (web threats and on-device) targeting users and organisations in Egypt.
