I. Bidding Conditions
Commissioned by Egypt-TEDA Investment Company, Infra consulting group conducted a public tender for The Suez Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone Starting Area - Water Desalination Equipment.
II. Project overview and bidding scope
(1) Project Overview: The Suez Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone Starting Area - Water Desalination Equipment, the total capacity is 1,500 m3/day using two equipment each one is 750 m3/day.
(2) Construction site: The project is located in the Staring zone, TEDA, Ain Sukhnah Industrial Zone, Suez Canal Economic Zone, Egypt.
(3) The planned procurement period requirements: (4) months from signing the project contract after the winner get the procurement order from the owner (Final procurement period will be confirmed in the contract).
(4) Project quality requirements: meet the Egyptian customs import standards and project acceptance standards.
III. Supplier qualification requirements
(1) The enterprise business license within the validity period and the main scope including water desalination.
(2) If the bidder is the manufacturer of the product, provide its production proof documents; If the bidder is not the manufacturer of the product, provide its sales or import and export qualification documents.
IV. Deadline for announcement and acquisition of bidding documents (Egyptian time)
(1) The bidding announcement of this tender project will be published from 28/05/2025,11AM to 02/06/2025,11 AM.
(2) The deadline for obtaining the bidding documents for this bidding project is: 02/06/2025,11 AM.
(3) The deadline for submit the bidding documents for this bidding project is: 17/06/2025,11AM
(4) The tenderer will not accept any bidder who fails to receive the bidding documents within the assigned time limit.

VI. Submission of tender documents
(1) The deadline for submission of documents for the tender is: 17/06/2025.
(2) Way of submission of documents: Only accept the online electronic bidding method. Bidders shall submit and upload the tender documents in PDF format with the bidder's electronic signature to the email [email protected] /
[email protected] before the deadline.
(3) The bid documents shall not be accepted if not submitted within the assigned time limit.
