FUZE Communications has announced the launch of the inaugural edition of PERSPECTIVES 2026, scheduled to take place on Saturday, December 12, 2026, at Ghurnata in Heliopolis, Cairo, under the theme “Business: Untold Promises.” The initiative aims to launch a platform for dialogue and monitor developments related to the future of business environments, the extent to which organizations prioritize investment in human capital, and the development of workplace culture.
The event is based on a vision that goes beyond the traditional concept of business conferences, which often focus on figures, deals and performance indicators, to highlight the human being within the work environment, their role in building and developing organizations, the importance of investing in human capital, promoting a positive workplace culture, and establishing leadership models capable of balancing organizational performance with human needs.
In this context, Ahmed Mahran, Founder and Chairman of FUZE Communications, said that the launch of PERSPECTIVES stems from the company's belief that the business world needs new spaces for dialogue that are not limited to discussing results, figures and growth indicators, but also extend to understanding the human being behind these results and the factors that help people innovate, achieve and contribute to the success of organizations.
He added that the true success of organizations is not measured only by the figures they achieve, but also by their ability to create a work environment that gives people opportunities to grow and develop, and makes them genuine partners in achieving organizational objectives. He noted that PERSPECTIVES aims to open a different discussion about the relationship between people and business, and provide an opportunity to share experiences and perspectives that deserve to be told.
Mahran explained that the event aims to bring together a diverse group of business leaders, executives, entrepreneurs and people interested in the future of organizations, through an interactive experience that allows participants to exchange expertise and present different perspectives on leadership, workplace culture and the future of business environments. He noted that the theme “Business: Untold Promises” reflects the desire to highlight the stories, experiences and human challenges that do not usually appear in reports and performance indicators, but constitute an essential part of the journey of building successful organizations.
The PERSPECTIVES 2026 program will feature a variety of sessions combining intellectual perspectives with practical and human experiences. Ahmed El Esseily will present a main segment offering insights and ideas that open new horizons for reflection on the human being and their relationship with the world of business, as well as the role of human awareness in shaping workplace environments and building organizations.
The event will also feature a lecture by Dr. Khaled Ghattas, a researcher specializing in human behavior, addressing the nature of human behavior and its impact on relationships within organizations, while providing an opportunity for interaction, questions and the exchange of perspectives with attendees.
The PERSPECTIVES stage will also host a special live episode of G.Talks Podcast, presented by Shady Sherif El Gezery, featuring one of the prominent business leaders. The conversation will explore the guest's leadership experience, the process of building successful organizations, and the human challenges accompanying the journey of establishing and developing businesses. The episode will be recorded live in front of the audience on the event stage before being made available across digital platforms.
PERSPECTIVES: An Ongoing Platform to Monitor Workplace Realities
PERSPECTIVES is not limited to organizing an event or providing a space for dialogue on the day it takes place. Its vision extends to building an ongoing platform to monitor and follow human-related issues in the business world, and document the views and experiences of participants, including business leaders, executives, specialists and employees.
In this context, the platform intends to prepare a comprehensive report based on participants' views, discussion outcomes and the data collected. The report aims to provide a more accurate and in-depth picture of workplace realities, leadership challenges, organizational culture and the extent to which companies prioritize investment in human capital. This will contribute to enriching the discussion and providing insights and indicators that can be used to develop business practices.
Ahmed Mehran emphasized that FUZE Communications' ambition in launching PERSPECTIVES goes beyond organizing an event that brings business leaders together. It aims to establish a platform with the capacity for continuity and impact by transforming the discussions and experiences shared by participants into documented knowledge and analyzable data. He noted that the report the platform plans to prepare will represent a step towards a deeper understanding of the human challenges within organizations and monitoring the business community's evolving views on investment in people as one of the foundations of success and sustainability.
The event doors will open to attendees at 5:00 PM. Further details about the program and participants will be made available through the event's official channels.
