I. Bidding Conditions:
Commissioned by Egypt-TEDA SEZONE Development Company, conducted a public tender for Supervision Works for TEDA PLAZA Phase 1, The Expansion Area 6 Km2.
II. Project Overview and Bidding Scope:
(1) Project Overview: The Expansion Area 6 Km2 – Supervision Works for TEDA PLAZA Phase 1, the main construction content includes five apartments building concrete structure, fire water tank, electricity sub-station, fence and gates and outside facilities.
(2) Construction site: The project is located in The Expansion Area 6 Km2 of 3rd sector of north-west Gulf of Suez Economic Zone, TEDA, Ain Sokhna Industrial Zone, Suez Canal Economic Zone, Egypt.
(3) The planned construction period requirements: (12) months after the winner get the Supervision order from the owner (Final Supervision period will be confirmed in the contract).
(4) Project quality requirements: meet the Egyptian acceptance standards.
III. Consultant Qualifications:
The Consultant must have the Consultation qualification issued by the Egyptian Government.
IV. Deadline for Announcement and Acquisition of Bidding Documents (Egyptian Time):
(1) The bidding announcement of this tender project will be published from 26/04/2026 to 02/05/2026.
(2) The deadline for obtaining the tendering documents for this bidding project is: 02/05/2026.
(3) The deadline for submission of the bidding documents for this bidding project is: 19/05/2026.
(4) The tenderer will not accept any bidder who fails to receive the bidding documents within the time limit.
V. The Control Price should be: 5,400,000 EGP .
VI. How to Obtain Bidding Documents?
Bidders should obtain the bidding documents from Teda Sezone development Company from 10 (am) o'clock to 2 (PM) o’clock Egyptian Time.
