I. Bidding Conditions:
Commissioned by Egypt-TEDA SEZONE Development Company, Electromechanical Design Center (EDC) conducted a public tender for The Extension Area 2.86 Km2 - Construction Works for infrastructure of 2.86 km2
II. Project Overview and Bidding Scope:
(1) Project Overview: The Extension Area 2.86 Km2 - Construction Works for infrastructure of 2.86 km2, the main construction content includes Roads networks, Water and Fire Network, Sewage and storm Network, MV Network, Telecom. Network, Street lighting Network and Distributor room 1.
(2) Construction site: The project is located in the Extension Area 2.86 Km2 of 3rd sector of north-west Gulf of Suez Economic Zone, TEDA, Ain Sokhna Industrial Zone, Suez Canal Economic Zone, Egypt.
(3) The planned construction period requirements: (15) months after the winner get the construction order from the owner (Final construction period will be confirmed in the contract).
(4) Project quality requirements: meet the Egyptian acceptance standards.
III. Contractor Qualifications:
The contractor (or a party to the contractor consortium) must have the construction qualification issued by the Egyptian Federation of Construction Contractors.
IV. Deadline for Announcement and Acquisition of Bidding Documents (Egyptian Time):
(1) The bidding announcement of this tender project will be published from 01/03/2026 to 05/03/2026.
(2) The deadline for obtaining the tendering documents for this bidding project is: 05/03/2026.
(3) The deadline for submission of the bidding documents for this bidding project is: 24/03/2026.
(4) The tenderer will not accept any bidder who fails to receive the bidding documents within the time limit.
V. The Control Price should be: 25,228,196.16 USD.
VI. How to Obtain Bidding Documents?
Bidders should obtain the bidding documents from the consultant office from 10 (am) o'clock to 2 (PM) o’clock Egyptian Time.
